The play area is a no-shoes zone for both children & adults, socks or bare feet are acceptable for children, but for adults, socks are mandatory. If you forget socks, we have socks for purchase at the front desk for $1.

No food is allowed in the play area; the kitchen seating area is the best place to snack. We offer complimentary coffee & tea with every visit.

We are a nut-free facility, so if you are bringing snacks or lunch, please be careful to omit any nuts or nut products.

 DROP-IN SESSION POLICIES:

  • No refunds or exchanges.

  • Children are considered anyone under the age of 12 years old.

  • All children must be accompanied by at least 1 adult (over the age of 16).

  • Birthday parties cannot be celebrated during drop-in sessions.

Additional Adult = $5 + HST
